Event Description

Join Massmouth for it's first face to face meeting at Toscaninis in Cambridge. Have a five min. story ready about money. (and yes you should probably bring some they have the most delicious ice cream). Be prepared to record . Trying out the idea of podcastting the stories and if we can putting it on the massmouth website.

I will attend! I may not share a story-hope that is okay. But I will probably eat ice cream and enjoy connecting with you-all!

Hokay guys - check out this synergy... The owner of Toscaninis
( pictured above) is Gus Rancatore - and his last name means "storyteller" in Italiano. Just sayin' -is this cosmic, or what?
As for parking - there are public lots on Bishop Allen Drive and many metered spots (free after 6PM) on Main Street itself. Email me for my cell phone if you think you will get lost or need help?

Stories in the Streets in an outreach literacy program that focuses on families in at-risk areas and fosters community engagement in storytelling by: 1) Creating opportunities for public storytelling wherever families gather — a farmer’s market, laundromat, or food line; and, 2) Offering storytelling workshops that raise family engagement in literacy, cultural awareness and community understanding.  The program is currently active in Lawrence, Brockton and Randolph.
