Featuring a conversation about marketing
& building community for artists with Jessica
Burko, artist, independent curator, and arts marketer.
“Using new media, artists can reach wider audiences, build a supporter base, and self-promote more successfully than ever before.”
Jessica Burko has been an exhibiting artist since 1985, an independent curator since 1997, and believes that
artists can make the most of their careers by taking charge of their own public image. Burko holds a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design, and an MFA from
Rochester Institute of Technology. Stay tuned for a spring workshop on marketing and social media!!
