Event Description

Storytelling, ten-minute plays, spoken word, sketch comedy, sketch tragedy. Everything you always wanted to say about the Canon, but you were afraid you'd get thrown out of your English class.

On April 11, 2012, 7-9PM All the finalists will gather at Coolidge Corner,  main Theater to compete for a week in a medeival townhouse in Tuscany and other prizes.

Tuesdays: Somerville, Cambridge and other venues Semi-finals in March 2012

Semi Finals: in March 11th for JP events

Finals: WED APRIL 11th   the Finals will be  at Coolidge Corner Theater main theater  Brookline, 7-9PM

2 runners up received $1,000 scholarship each: junior Conor Miller Newburyport High School and Mathews DeSouza, Everett High School,  Our "massmouth choice" was Sandy Fonseca, Boston Latin Academy, senior [below] She was awarded $500

Lexi Hernando Lynn Classical High School, senior was chosen by the attendees and awarded the Audience Choice prize of $500.
