Event Description

The fourth annual Haunted Halloween Trolley Tour is back! Take a 45 minute trolley ride through Framingham's mysterious past ...if you dare. Featuring pirates, witches, ghosts and more… Special guests from
the Framingham Community Theatre will narrate the spooky legends and ghost stories that abound on the back roads and main thoroughfares of our town. Following the tour there will refreshments, fortunes and special "old tyme" activities at the Edgell Library. 2 tours leaving at 5 pm and 6 pm adults $10 children 8-12 $5

Stories in the Streets in an outreach literacy program that focuses on families in at-risk areas and fosters community engagement in storytelling by: 1) Creating opportunities for public storytelling wherever families gather — a farmer’s market, laundromat, or food line; and, 2) Offering storytelling workshops that raise family engagement in literacy, cultural awareness and community understanding.  The program is currently active in Lawrence, Brockton and Randolph.
