Cindy Maybeck presents "Rainbow Grace". Rev Cindy is a wa-a-ay dynamic Baptist Minister/Storyteller with boundless love in her heart & a very high coolness factor.

Rev. Cindy Maybeck, the storytelling minister, has over 25 years of experience telling stories in the pulpit.  In 2013, she launched Spirit Story, a ministry to bring her original story presentations into the church and the community to provide inspiration, healing and hope.  She has ministerial standing in the American Baptist Churches and the United Church of Christ.

In “Rainbow Grace: Stories of Hope and Triumph” she tells personal stories about her experiences in ministry in and out of the closet.  Come hear why lesbian Baptist is not an oxymoron.  You will be transfixed, inspired, touched with laughter and perhaps even shed a healing tear

Hosted By: Bruce Marcus

The evening will begin with our usual Open Mic.  Tellers have eight minutes to share a story.  First-time tellers are guaranteed a spot and listeners are always welcome.

The feature begins around 8:15.

The venue is handy to Central Square and the Out of the Blue Gallery is a feast for the senses that encourages all  forms of creativity.  There is a $5 suggested donation.  The funds help to ensure that our weekly gatherings will continue, as they have for almost 22 years
