Oh, it went so well! I am so proud of the kids, they really shone. They presented two group stories, narrated by Andrea and I. One was "Baby Louise" and the other was "No Doubt About It", an Iraqi story that I found in the book "Noodleheads Stories" by Martha Hamilton. In between these performances, the three young ladies in Laura's writing workshop impressed us all with their poised and joyful delivery of their original poetry and short story excerpts, and singing! A marvelous evening, and we are all so proud of the kids - First Night Boston, here we come!!!
