The theme Hand Me Down

Ever get the left overs? Something that doesn't quite fit? Bring it, tell it!

Or perhaps you'd prefer to just sit back and listen to some great stories and get a chance to vote for your favorite along with the judges.

If you'd like to tell here's how it works: Come to the slam with a true, 5-minute or less story that you want to share with the audience. Put your name in the box and Andrea will pull ten lucky participants who will tell their story for the audience and 3 guest judges. Each of the featured stories will be judged on how well it is told, how well it is constructed and how well the story explores, connects and reveals some truth about the theme. Audience members will vote for their favorite with audience choice ballots.

There will be laughs, maybe some tears, a cash bar for sure and thoughtful stories told from the heart.

Local south resident and massmouth co found Andrea Lovett will serve as emcee.
