Event Description

Libby Franck will be the featured teller at Story Space.  She is known for her historical portrayals, but this time she will use her research skills to share about a painting by Norman Rockwell.  While the artist  is known for his cheerful view of life in America, this particular illustration seemed oddly sinister.  Libby ties together her reaction to the painting with events in her life. The evening will kick off at 7 with an Open Mic.  Tellers will have 8 minutes to try new material or polish an old favorite.  First-time tellers are guaranteed a spot and listeners are always welcome.  Libby will begin her feature at 8:15.  The venue is close ot Central Sq. We ask a $5 donation to keep us going into our third decade.
