Pat Spalding "We Stayed Together for the Puppets"
“I never planned to be a park ranger married to a bear. That’s just the way things turned out.”
So begins Pat Spalding’s comedic tale of the backstage life of two performers who were partners in marriage and in the unholy bonds of puppetry. The puppets are on sabbatical as Pat relives the whirlwind 15 year tour that took her from the oh-so-thrilling library circuit of rural NH to Broadway . . . and back again.
“We Stayed Together For the Puppets is a very funny, compassionate, and wise blend of storytelling for adults and stand-up comedy delivered by a captivating performer.” Stephanie Nugent, producer/director of ACT ONE – Artists’ Collaborative Theatre Of New England
If you’re anywhere close to Framingham or have friends in the area please come to or spread the word about this one-evening-only performance on Wednesday, Feb. 4th
