the living art of storytelling in Massachusetts

Hey MassMouth Members! I just posted a bunch of videos from last night's terrific MouthOff at Tosci's. Chck 'em out and discuss!

Thanks are due to several parties: Thank you so much to Norah, for generously and patiently lending us her equipment and expertise, so that Andrea and I could videotape the Tellers. Thanks to Andrea for her patience and cheerfulness, and being my auxiliary brain. Thanks to all the brave and talented souls who put their names in the cup and got up and treated us to a fantastic and varied selection of stories. Thanks to our warm and welcoming audience, and thanks to Toscanini's and owner Gus Rancatore and staff, for making us feel right at home.

My only regret is that my skills as videographer were not fully up to the job, and as a result of a technical snafu of some kind we lost sound at different points, so that several wonderful performances are not included here. My deepest apologies to those who are not represented here, as they ought to be. But we will strive to continue and improve, bringing Storytelling to the people (and not just Storytelling people at that!).

Please feel free to watch and comment on the performances. We grow from feedback and positive reinforcement! And hey, no tomato-throwing!!

Happy tales,
