the living art of storytelling in Massachusetts
A scene from the Merrimack River of Jack Kerouac's Lowell...I learned of the annual October Festival from history class at Mass Art..Dean Budnick. A year later I am there with friends who are fans of Jack and the Beatnik days...I trek out for a few years to see and listen up. He was a waterfall in literature...and went to Columbia where I went to school to study literature. He was on a football scholarship...I was in through G.S. the school that allows less scholarly to study. 1967-69 I did graduate with a B.A. in Lit.
