Are you a performer of story or listener, both, other? Tell us a bit about yourself...
I love to teach, inspire, and entertain with stories about adventure and discovery. These tales spring from my experiences living in wilderness Alaska as well as coping with the usual array of life choices and startling events. I also love listening, especially to "true" stories. As a Career, Creativity & Business Coach since 1990, I listen, draw out, and explore each client's personal narrative. We explore patterns, connections, themes, operating metaphors, energy hot spots and dead zones. During this meaning making process, exciting possibilities begin to emerge. Story is everywhere!

So if you repost it will be at the top of the page. We will not be adding new videos before the contest (very rare that someone outside of us does).

Grand Prize for South Shore Grand Slam Story Slam generously donated by Nicolette Heavey and Stories In The Streets (A Maine Get Away)

Stories in the Streets in an outreach literacy program that focuses on families in at-risk areas and fosters community engagement in storytelling by: 1) Creating opportunities for public storytelling wherever families gather — a farmer’s market, laundromat, or food line; and, 2) Offering storytelling workshops that raise family engagement in literacy, cultural awareness and community understanding.  The program is currently active in Lawrence, Brockton and Randolph.
